Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and unboxing video of the product received.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@hyfiltersindia@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return confirmation, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In case a customer requests a refund, the amount will be processed after deducting applicable payment gateway charges. These deductions are as per the payment gateway provider’s policy and are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception & create an unboxing video of your package and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Warranty - We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a limited 1-year warranty for purchases made on H&Y filters. 
Warranty Exclusion - The H&Y  1 Year Warranty does not cover products that are physically damaged, broken, scratches products that are modified, and lost or stolen products.

WARRANTY CLAIM: If the product qualifies for hyfiltersindia's 1 Year Warranty, please send the defective product to us at the address below. Once the hyfiltersindia receives and inspects the product, a replacement may be issued within a month.
